  • Konkani 

According to the country’s constitution, Konkani is one of India’s 22 scheduled languages. Konkani is considered a dialect of Marathi in Maharashtra. Konkani is divided into several sub-dialects in Maharashtra-Goa. Some of them are Warli, Kankon Konkani, Malvani, and Dangi. The majority of Konkani people in Maharashtra speak and write Marathi fluently.

  • Wadvali

The agricultural plot owners primarily speak this dialect of the Naigaon, Vasai region called the Wadvals. Hindus and Roman Catholics also use this language.
